A home from the landfill

A 25 sqm home for a couple who work at the Mavallipura landfill, built from what the landfill throws away.

A 25 square metre off-grid home for a young couple in their thirties who work at the Mavallipura landfill, about 15 km out of the city. It had to be cheap, and as much of it as possible had to come from what the landfill throws away.

Before this

The semester started small: turn an object into a dwelling (mine became a tent room for Coorg), then a house on a 3 by 3 metre grid.
